In common with many organisations, we monitor usage of our website in order to improve the site and our services, to better reflect user preferences. Our monitoring does not personally identify any users.

We only collect personal information from users in three ways:
(i)    when a user contacts us via the “contact us” form
(ii)    when a user registers as a member to receive newsletters and/or other updates
(iii)    when a user uploads information in our Human Resources section

The collection of information is kept to the minimum level required to ensure we offer our services in a timely and effective manner.

Please note that while data security is a priority for us, no guarantees can be made in respect of emails sent via our website or by any direct means.  In the event you choose to  send confidential information, we accept no responsibility nor liability in the event that your email is intercepted and / or tampered with.

Data Usage

We will only use your data for the purposes for which it was provided under (i) to (iii) above. We will not distribute, sell, rent or otherwise disseminate your data to third parties, except as set out under Third Parties below.

International Transfer of Data

The information provided by you is stored in a secure manner, although the international transfer of your data may be required in order to fulfill our commitment to you, and this may include transfer to a jurisdiction with less stringent data protection requirements than the one in which you are located. We reserve the right to transfer data to any jurisdiction in which we operate; our Privacy Policy continues to apply regardless of jurisdiction.

Access By or Transfer of Data to Third Parties not subject to outsourcing agreements with ATC.

The only circumstances in which third party dissemination is permissible under our Privacy Policy, save with your express permission, is when:

(i)    we are required to disclose the information by a court order or other regulatory or legal requirements
(ii)    we transfer or sell any part of our business

In both situations we will endeavour to give you notice of the disclosure, except where we are prohibited from doing so by law.

Consent to Use of Data

If you do not consent to the use of your personal data in the manner described above, or do not consent to international transfer and/or access by or transfer of data to a third party as set out above, then please do not provide personal information via our website.
